UV Flexo Print Quality
Our recent £1.2 million investment in a new eight-colour MPS Flexo press means that we can deliver the best quality print via UV Flexo technology.

This provides a higher quality print and is more competitive than lithographic printing. UV Flexo printing delivers a professional finish, maintains colour consistency, provides low origination costs and is particularly cost-effective on short to medium runs.

Cutting Edge In-House Sleeving Equipment
We use top-of-the-range in-house sleeving equipment, including a DCM sleeving machine with hot melt adhesive which allows for the application of a glue strip that prevents the sleeve from becoming detached from conical shaped cups – a long-standing problem in the dairy industry.

Separate Inspection System Ensures Top Quality
Our in-house DCM Babycat Inspection System is a separate inspection line that enables our finishing team to confirm the integrity of our products and make sure that the overall quality meets our exacting high standards.

Unlike many other converters, this system allows for final quality assurance checks after the sleeving process which removes any defected waste products before delivery to the customer.

Extensive Raw Materials Solutions
We can provide a range of raw materials to suit your product, including co-extrusions and laminates for specialist applications, so we can create a packaging solution that serves a multitude of purposes.

Whether you are hot filling instead of cold filling, or would like your packaging materials to withstand a microwave oven, our materials can meet the needs of any job, whatever the requirements. Our temperature-controlled storage areas also ensure that raw materials are kept in pristine condition.
