In fact, we are so dedicated to maintaining strong working relationships with our customers that Martin Hardman, our sales and marketing director in the UK, travelled half way around the world to say hello and catch up with our Australia and New Zealand based customers, including Kraft, Parmalat, Fonterra, Goodman Fielder and National Foods.
It’s always great to touch base with everyone and this time was no exception. The visit was one of many and enabled us to review account activity, explore new projects and ensure that we are delivering only the best services for all our customers’ lidding needs.
Our business development manager for Australia and New Zealand, John Savage, was the mastermind behind the presentations and customer tours, who ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout and was delivered to perfection.
It was also an opportunity for us to introduce the rest of our sister companies that are also part of the Clondalkin Group’s Flexible Packaging Division. This gave us the chance to showcase the Group’s expertise and innovative products and demonstrate the level of quality and experience that customers can expect from this global, customer-focused organisation.
